After fixing my injection pump it was time to remove and replace the clutch.
I used a 2X4 laid across the fenders with a L2x2x1/4" piece of steel on top of it for an engine support. You can see in the pics a turn buckle I used between the vertical chain section, creating a diamond shape. By increasing or decreasing the turnbuckle length I was able to lower or raise the back end of the engine common to the head. I used the turnbuckle for fine adjustment to get the engine mounts aligned.
I also used a yellow ratcheting strap to support the tranny besides a floor jack for removal and installation. I didn't have to worry about the tranny falling out or putting undue load on the input shaft.
After the install, took it out for a spin and man is it peppy!
